DUODECIMUS
Wall clock with grasshopper escapement
   The Duodecimus has a one-pivot grasshopper escapement.

     It also has only 2 cogs , this is possible because of their big size, each with 120 teeth and a diameter of 270 mm.




   The Duodecimus requires a drive weight which is not included but I do offer 2 kinds of weight shell.

Runtime  -  3 Days
    I also offer solid wood marquetry bob inserts which replace the standard plywood inserts included in the complete kit.

     They are purely decorative and do not affect the clocks function.

   A weight shell for lead shot filling, the brass tube has a non-finished surface but can soon be polished or wire brushed.
